How to return an item
Contact us
Email support@techmonkeyusa.com or call us with your order number. We'll confirm eligibility and send you a return authorization.
Pack and ship
Pack the item securely in its original packaging. For US returns on orders over $99, we'll provide a prepaid shipping label.
We inspect it
Once received, we inspect the item within 2 business days and confirm the refund or exchange.
Refund issued
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of inspection approval.
What can be returned
Eligible for return
- ✓Unopened items in original packaging
- ✓Opened items that are defective or not as described
- ✓Items with manufacturing defects within the warranty period
- ✓Wrong item received
- ✓Damaged in shipping
Not eligible
- ✗Items returned after 30 days from delivery
- ✗Items showing signs of physical damage caused by the customer
- ✗Missing original packaging, accessories, or documentation
- ✗Special-order or custom-configured items (unless defective)
- ✗Items marked as final sale at time of purchase
Refund details
Original payment method: Refunds are always issued back to the original payment method used at checkout — credit/debit card or any other payment used.
Partial refunds: Items returned in a used but acceptable condition may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, at our discretion. We will always communicate this before processing.
Shipping charges: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).
Exchanges: We're happy to exchange for a different model or variant. Contact us and we'll arrange it alongside your return.
Defective items: If a product arrives defective or fails within the warranty period, we cover return shipping and provide a full replacement or refund at your choice.
Warranty claims after 30 days
All products include a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your product develops a defect after the 30-day return window, contact us to open a warranty claim. We work directly with manufacturers on your behalf to get it resolved.
