How we got here
Built on a frustration with bad advice.
In 2002, our founder was trying to outfit a contact centre and kept running into the same problem: salespeople who didn't know the products, websites with no real specs, and gear that arrived wrong. So he started selling the right way — with honesty, deep product knowledge, and a promise to ship fast.
We grew by word of mouth. IT managers told other IT managers. Office managers told their networks. We never chased growth for its own sake — just kept doing the work and letting the results speak.
Today we carry headsets, webcams, speakerphones and conferencing systems from the brands professionals actually trust. We stock everything we sell, ship same-day, and stand behind every product with a 1-year warranty and 30-day returns. The same standards that earned us a long track record as an Amazon seller — now available directly from us.

Founded. First sales: refurbished headsets to call centres.
