How we got here

Built on a frustration with bad advice.

In 2002, our founder was trying to outfit a contact centre and kept running into the same problem: salespeople who didn't know the products, websites with no real specs, and gear that arrived wrong. So he started selling the right way — with honesty, deep product knowledge, and a promise to ship fast.

We grew by word of mouth. IT managers told other IT managers. Office managers told their networks. We never chased growth for its own sake — just kept doing the work and letting the results speak.

Today we carry headsets, webcams, speakerphones and conferencing systems from the brands professionals actually trust.
